Eimec had the pleasure to participate in the last edition of AMWC Latin America 2019 (Aesthetic and Anti-Aging World Congress), last 17th, 18th and 19th of October in Medellin, Colombia
At this renowned congress among professionals and companies in the sector, we were able to learn about new technologies, products and methodologies. A highly rigorous academic programme was also offered, where more than 60 national and international speakers presented and opened debate on current topics.
Our CEO, Dr. Zainela Laborde, had the opportunity to give a lecture on ‘The use of cannula in the application of low volumes’, where she addressed the importance of thorough knowledge of the anatomy and good diagnosis in the choice of treatment techniques, in this case in relation to the advantages of using cannula in certain types of patient needs.
Two of our EIMEC teachers, Dr. Celeste Nome and Dr. Lisandro Farollch, also participated as lecturers.
Also, EIMEC had a place in the congress with a stand in the main hall. We had the opportunity to raise international awareness of our unique method of personalised hands-on learning and to present our new developments in the school’s academic programme.
AMWC is definitely a unique knowledge experience not to be missed.
